Just as these colors are vibrant and do not wear off, so also is the devotee’s mind, which is steadily absorbed in the divine name! Rangi Re is an album which celebrates the sweetness of the Divine Name in every song and doesn’t fail to color the hearts of its listeners as well.
One of the most lilting tunes is ‘Chalti chakki’ composed by Paltu and set to tune by Gurumaaji. This song is about the entire world getting crushed under the grindstone of dreams and attachments and the way out is to look up to a saint who never swerves from the path of truth. The album has some enchanting poems of Swami Brahmanand, imploring humans to see divinity in all creation and the sweetness of the Divine Name of Lord Rama. ‘Gagan mein magan’ is a song full of joy where Das Paltu shows the path of truth through love, knowledge and devotion.
Gurumaaji weaves all these songs together into a garland for the Beloved with her offerings like ‘Pyare preet lagi tere sang’ and ‘Prano se karte pooja’.
The rose in this garland is the title song “Rangi Re”, full of love, drenched in divine name and completely surrendered to the Divine Will.

Rangi Re @ Gurumaa.com

Samarpan - Spiritual Hindi Bhajan

A heart that offers a prayer to the divine every moment of the day, needs no special time of the day to bow down at the altar. The path of love and surrender is the most expensive deal of life, where a lover offers everything he has including his own self to the beloved. Samarpan is an album in which Gurumaaji colors the hearts of seekers with this very color of love and surrender!
Every song reflects innocence and freshness of pure love. ‘Prem Se Bhar Ke Dil Ki Jholi’ is a song where a seeker empties her heart full of love at the feet of the Master, seeking his grace. In ‘Kuch Lena Na Dena Magan Rehna’ Kabir asks seekers to be free from all worries of life and be firmly devoted to the Guru. ‘Jo Aisi Kripa’ is a plaintive song, where a seeker prays to the Lord seeking guidance to live life aright. ‘Teri yaad mein jab aasoon’ composed by Gurumaaji reflects the sweet pain of a lover, lost in rememberance of the beloved. ‘Saiyon Nee Main Apne Pritam Ko Manaongi’ is a beautiful song of love, where Swami Ramtirth assumes a female role of a lover and tries to woo the Lord himself! ‘Yeh To Prem Ki Baat Hai Udhav’ is a playful song where the Gopis describe the path of love which is not easy to follow by people who analyze love logically. ‘Jagdish Ish Pyare’ is a wonderful composition of Swami Brahmanand where he welcomes the emperor of the universe to reside in his heart!
A rare collection of poems of great saints, rendered lovingly by Gurumaaji makes Samarpan a surrender in the truest sense of the word!

Samarpan @ Gurumaa.com

Waheguru - Waheguru Simran - Waheguru Jaap

Let your heart be filled with the blissfulness of Waheguru chanting by Anandmurti Gurumaa. As the ripened cucumber (urvarukamiva) is liberated (bandhanan) (‘by the intervention of the farmer’) from its bondage to the creeper when it fully ripens, may He liberate us (mokshiya) from death (mrityor), for the sake of immortality (mamrritat).

When we pray to Lord Shiva, we are in essence asking for his blessings and assistance in opening our third eye of spiritual wisdom. The natural consequence of this awakening is that we will be lead towards spiritual liberation or moksha, and attain freedom from the cycles of death and rebirth. The goal of chanting this mantra is to spiritually ripen so that Lord Shiva can free us from all bondages.

The Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra is hailed by the sages as the heart of the Rigveda. It is a great death conquering mantra, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Shiva is the God of death. It is said those who worship Shiva, untimely death can never come to them. It is also believed that to overcome the fear of death, Lord Shiva himself gave humanity the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra. This mantra has many names and forms. It is also called the Rudra Mantra, referring to the furious aspect of Shiva; the Tryambakam Mantra, alluding to Shiva’s three eyes. This mantra restores health, happiness and brings calmness in the period of death. The mantra should ideally be repeated 108 times, twice daily, at dawn and at dusk.

Maha Mrityunjaya @ Gurumaa.com

Waheguru Jaap - Shabad Gurbani Chants

Waheguru Jaap - Let your heart be filled with the blissfulness of Waheguru chanting by Anandmurti Gurumaa. This is a set of two CD's where Gurumaaji talks of Guru Nanak, who is considered to be an avatar or divine incarnation of knowledge. He brought out several people from their ignorance and led them on the path of divine knowledge. Legend has it that Guru Nanak once went to the famous temple of Jagannath Puri in Orissa (India), which was very well known for its 'Aarti' for the Lord Krishna. On seeing the worship, Guru Nanakji spontaneously composed a 'Maha Arti' . He said when the Lord is Omnipresent and Omnipotent, how can I worship him with a small set of lamps and incense. He ought to be worshipped as grandly as He is Himself. Gurumaaji sings this Arti in her melodious voice while describing how the entire sky is the platter on which the sun and moon are lamps for worship. The mythical Mount Meru covered with sandalwood trees is the incense and the wind blowing from all directions is the grand fan for the beloved. This beautiful form of worship was embellished by many saints like Kabir and Dhanna Bhagat in their own ways. Come, be a part of this grand worship!

Kaisi Aarti Hoye @ Gurumaa.com

Rehras Sahib

                           Rehras Sahib

Rehras Sahib is the enlightening bani from revered Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. This album fills the hearts of devotees with the aura of Guru Nanak's love for the divine and makes one bow down in deep reverence.
The album begins with a sweet song, 'Guru Nanak Jin Sunya' where Gurumaaji says that a seeker kept chanting the name of Hari but never knew who Hari was in reality. How could he know the Lord, who is infinte and undescribable by little words? On listening to Guru Nanak's words, he realized that Hari indeed resides within every person's heart. He learnt that the ocean of bliss was right within him, but he was never aware of it. Anyone who absorbs Guru Nanak's teachings within himself is convinced of the inifite existence of the Lord and never again gets confused or loses track of the divine path.
Guru Nanak sang in praise of the One, infinite Omnipresent God and said that God is not only the one to whom a Hindu or Muslim prays. He is far beyond our conceptions and can be known only by keeping constant company of wise enlightened beings. In the song 'Jagat Guru Baba', Gurumaaji reflects this depth of Guru Nanak's teachings.
Nanak Aaya is a melodious song where Gurumaaji describes Guru Nanak as the Guru who appeared on earth to salage millions lost in ignorance in today's present world or 'Kali Yuga'. He challenged all myths and malpractices in the name of religion and showed people the path of GOD who is One and the same, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and time.Prince or pauper are all the same in the eyes of God, Guru Nanak opened the eyes of people to this fact as he unfolded the beautiful play of the Lord to all.
Gurumaaji's soothing voice, the meaningful lyrics, accompanied by simple but pleasant music, make this album a gift to cherish!

Nanak Aaya @ Gurumaa.com

Sheikh Farid

Sheikh Farid
"Sweet are candy, sugar, honey, and buffalo's milk. He lived a life of meditation and devotion and spoke of the same in all his poems. According of Baba Farid, a truly intelligent person is one who is always contented in life, and a truly needy person is one who has no contentment in his heart. The language of Jaap Sahib, is a classical work with words and compounds drawn from Sanskrit, Brij Bhasha, Arabic and Persian. "Jaap Sahib" is one of the panj banis which are to be read by Sikhs. The text of this Bani is pretty difficult as one rarely knows all the languages used in Jaap Sahib. "Guru Sahib" was a great theologian, scholar, musicologist and "Jaap Sahib" is one example of his aesthetical tastes and heights. Anandmurti Gurumaa has beautifully explained this difficult Bani. In most of the verses God is described in negative terms; example achhaed hai, abhaed hai. In other verses the ultimate has been described as the one who is beyond comprehension of human mind, one who is omniscient, omnipotent. Gurumaa in her easy to understand way explains these verses with such finesse that the nectar of these verses just flows in heart and one is easily moved to stage called Wismad or sheer ecstasy. "Guru Sahib" has laid a beautiful path of Love, remembrance and realization of Lord; and this is for one and all.
Enjoy this and listen to it meditatively

Jaap Sahib at Gurumaa.com

Chamkan Taare

The verses of Guru Granth Sahib expound philosophy, devotion, surrender and love for God. And this bliss increases manifold when chanted from the inner cores of a heart filled with love. Anandmurti Gurumaa, in her mesmerising voice, sings the Wahe Guru mantra taking the listener to great heights of ecstasy.
Composed in four different ways, Wahe Guru mantra transcends the listener to the realms of silence, joy, love and celebration. All the four different ways chant the same mantra yet give a feel of an altogether different season. What starts with Wahe Guru mantra chanting, ends in silence. And at this zenith, you yourself become bliss, a flower of fragrance as ‘you’ in the process is lost. So bask in this light of chanting and feel the divine light within.
Wahe Guru Jaap @ Gurumaa
